Customer Service Executive – Navi Mumbai (Immediate Joiners)


Company Overview

We are looking for energetic Customer Service Executives to join the Navi Mumbai office. The role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about customer interaction and service excellence.


Role Summary

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and issues through phone, email, and chat while ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This role is ideal for BSc graduates with strong communication skills who can join immediately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined timelines.
  • Log and update customer interactions in the system/CRM accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team and follow up to closure.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and process guidelines.
  • Work in coordination with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.


Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Education: BSc (any specialization); other graduates can be considered as per company policy.
  • Experience:
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Experienced candidates with prior customer service / BPO / call center background will be preferred.
  • Location: Must be willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai.


Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/Marathi as added advantage).
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools/CRM quickly.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends if required.
  • Immediate joiners only (or max notice period of __ days).
