Job Title: Customer Service Executive Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Timings: 04:00 AM to 01:00 PM Job Summary: As a Customer Service Executive at NSEG, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Efficiently resolve customer issues and maintain detailed documentation of interactions. - Provide product information and assist customers with navigation. - Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or Management. - Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. - Mandatory requirement of excellent English fluency. - Strong focus on customer service with exceptional telephone etiquettes.
