Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete import documentation, including bill of lading, bill of entry, delivery order, and IGM filing.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and CHA for timely customs clearance and cargo release.
Provide shipment tracking & regular updates to customers ensuring on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, HS codes, and duty/tariff assessments.
Address and resolve customer queries & escalations related to import shipments.
Prepare freight invoices, quotations, and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
Maintain strong customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure high service levels.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end import operations.
