Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Executive for an on-site role located in Manesar. This role requires to manage daily order processing and lead time efficiently and to make SOP for smoother operations. from order till delivery operations. This is for daily coordination between client orders and dispatch, timely placing orders internally for production, managing lead time, should be able to manage 500+ sku’s, ERP Knowledge, fluency in English in order to manage export and domestic clients.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to foster positive client relationships and maintain effective communication
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs and deliver a seamless experience
• Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service processes
• Skills in Customer Service Management for overseeing and enhancing service operations
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
