Job Description

Customer service personnel on regular payroll provided the below mentioned criteria is met with w/out exception :Must be post graduate preferably.
Even exceptionally smart graduates can be seenMust have work experience in customer service role of handling customer calls ./ complaints etc politely and patiently.
Liner company experience is preferable though forwarding candidates can also be seen, if smart.
