Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback for Online food delivery business. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying food delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or live chat
• Assist customers with placing, modifying, or tracking orders
• Resolve complaints regarding delayed, incorrect, or missing orders
• Coordinate with delivery partners and kitchen staff for issue resolution
• Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and actions taken
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
• Promote offers, discounts, and loyalty programs during interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Calm, polite, and solution-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of food delivery operations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
