Ecommerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process incoming food orders on the platform
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Update and manage menu items, prices, and availability in the system
• Ensure accuracy of product listings, descriptions, and images
• Track delivery performance and handle escalations with logistics partners
• Analyze order trends and generate daily/weekly reports
• Handle order cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns related to operations
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement offers and campaigns
• Ensure platform uptime, bug reporting, and resolution with the tech team
• Maintain records of inventory (if applicable)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or order management systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with food delivery operations is a plus
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in business/operations/logistics)
• Prior experience in food delivery, logistics, or e-commerce (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
