Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to manage and optimize our ecommerce operations and online shopping portals. As an Ecommerce Online Shopping Executive / Ecommerce Operations Executive, you will handle end-to-end order processes, maintain documentation standards, coordinate with teams and vendors, and drive operational excellence. A basic understanding of business analysis is preferred.

• Basic business analysis concepts (formal BA experience not mandatory)
• Experience handling diverse ecommerce and online shopping portals
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience in sales/purchase order creation
• Ability to generate & reconcile daily/weekly MIS reports
• Meticulous approach to documentation and process accuracy
• Capability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete sales-to-order processes for online portals
• Create/manage sales and purchase orders from ecommerce platforms
• Generate and reconcile daily/weekly MIS reports
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, sales, and other teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
• Operate/update assigned portals for product listings and sales
• Support process improvement utilizing foundational business analysis skills
• Take ownership of assigned ecommerce activities and ensure accountability
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
