Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-app support.
• Assist customers in booking limousine services, modifying reservations, and providing detailed trip information.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and chauffeurs to ensure timely pickups and accurate service execution.
• Handle customer complaints empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution and maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the system.
• Stay updated with service offerings, pricing, routes, policies, and promotions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring the client is Updated.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in luxury transport.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume interactions.
• Professional demeanour with a calm, courteous, and solution-focused attitude.
• Flexible to work on US based shifts and sometimes rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs.
