Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and a working knowledge of SEO practices. Youll play a key role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns for our diverse clientele, while also supporting organic marketing efforts.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, etc.) along with optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) including Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives

- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance in both Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Monitor, Analyze, and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio/Looker Studio

- Updating Content with the CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and HubSpot (would be preferred)

- A/B test Ad copies and creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, formats (carousel, video, reels, stories), and placements to enhance results

- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages

- Contribute to basic On-Page and Off-Page SEO initiatives including meta tags, content optimization, and backlinking strategies

- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing w.r.t Social-Media too) - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, Google Algorithm changes, and SEO updates, AI Overviews

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI

- Work cross-functionally with account managers and project teams to deliver results aligned with client objectives

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, SEO campaigns and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns) - Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (preferred) - Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM) and Meta tools (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Audience Insights) - Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable with data interpretation, ad creatives, copywriting for social media, and conversion-driven campaign strategies

- Knowledge of pixel setup (for Meta Ads), event tracking, and conversion API (CAPI) integration for accurate measurement - Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
