Job Description

Accountant
to manage daily accounting and bookkeeping operations for our India and US businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in accounting software (QuickBooks, & Tally).
Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, and track outstanding payments.
Generate monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements in India.
Support the US office with accounting entries, billing, and coordination on financial reports.
Work with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter .
2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian compliance norms.
Good command over MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
