Senior Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design visual assets for websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), paid ads, and marketing deliverables as needed.
• Develop fresh, original, and innovative design concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms while experimenting with unique creative approaches.
• Translate abstract ideas and campaign briefs into visually impact storytelling.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to accept constructive criticism and iterate designs quickly based on feedback.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance creativity and brand guidelines.
• Eye for detail with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect, high-quality creatives.
• Good command of the English language (for clear communication with international clients).
• Self-driven with the ability to proactively bring unique ideas to the table.
• Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Open to flexible work hours to coordinate with international clients.

• 5 to 6 years

  of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficient in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Comfortable working with tools like

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and execution across formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters in Fine Arts/Graphic Design.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must have executed campaigns for mid-to-large brands.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency setup.
