Job Description:

Labhanya Technologies is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience to lead visual design execution across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong command over branding, marketing creatives, and digital-first design, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals while maintaining brand consistency.

This role requires both creative thinking and execution skills, along with the ability to guide junior designers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, and ad campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency
• Create marketing assets including banners, brochures, presentations, and landing page visuals
• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams
• Conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
• Review and improve design output from junior designers
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects with high quality
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5–6 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and marketing creatives
• Expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be comfortable working in an office-based role
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Ability to convert briefs into creative visuals independently

Design Tools & Software Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD
• Working knowledge of Canva (for quick adaptations)
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video formats (plus point)

Digital & Marketing Design Skills:

• Social media creatives (posts, reels covers, stories, ads)
• Paid ads creatives for Google & Meta platforms
• Website and landing page UI visuals
• Email marketing and presentation designs

Preferred / Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects)
• Experience in branding & identity design
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working in agency or multi-client environments
• Ability to mentor junior designers

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
• Design certifications are a plus
