Election Campaign Executive – Bihar Election 2025

Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and energetic individuals to join our Bihar Election Campaign 2025 team.
You will be part of a political campaign team responsible for managing on-ground and digital activities including social media promotion, public engagement, and voter outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing election campaigns
• Manage social media content and digital promotions
• Coordinate on-ground events, rallies, and meetings
• Distribute campaign materials across local areas
• Support bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp promotions
• Collect and manage voter data and campaign reports

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of social media & digital marketing
• Ability to coordinate field-level activities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Teamwork and leadership ability
• Politically aware and enthusiastic about public work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience in political campaigns, marketing, or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
