Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in accounting software (QuickBooks, & Tally). Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements. Prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, and track outstanding payments. Generate monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements in India. Support the US office with accounting entries, billing, and coordination on financial reports.
