Job Responsibilities Digital Creative & Landing Page Specialist (Real Estate Developer)

Landing Page Development

project-specific landing pages

  • Create

    conversion-optimized layouts

    highlighting project USPs, amenities, location advantages, floor plans, and pricing.
  • Ensure landing pages are

    mobile-first, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly

    .
  • Integrate

    lead forms, WhatsApp CTAs, call buttons

    , and CRM systems.
  • Regularly update landing pages with

    offers, inventory changes, and campaign creatives

    .

Creative Development

  • Design

    high-performing ad creatives

    for:
    • Google Ads (Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Create

    static, carousel, and motion ad creatives

    for project launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Develop creatives that clearly communicate

    pricing, offers, location benefits, and trust signals

    .

Video Shooting & Editing (On-Site & Promotional)

  • Plan and execute

    on-site video shoots

    for real estate projects.
  • Shoot and edit:
    • Project walkthrough videos
    • Sample flat & amenity videos
    • Construction update videos
    • Short ad videos for Meta & YouTube
  • Create

    Reels, Shorts, and ad videos

    optimized for different platforms.
  • Add

    motion graphics, captions, voiceovers, logos, and call-to-actions

    .
  • Ensure videos align with

    developer branding and compliance guidelines

    .

Branding & Visual Communication

  • Maintain a

    consistent visual identity

    across all digital and offline creatives.
  • Design marketing collaterals such as:
    • Brochures
    • Hoardings & banners
    • Emailers & WhatsApp creatives

Required Skills & Tools

  • Landing Pages: HTML/CSS, WordPress, PHP, Webflow, Unbounce (any)
  • Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
  • Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
  • Strong understanding of

    real estate buyer psychology

  • Familiarity with

    Google Ads & Meta Ads creative specs

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience working with

    real estate developers

    or real estate marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of

    RERA compliance, branding norms, and real estate advertising guidelines
