Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands. You will format material as required and proofread entered material and generated data reports to ensure accuracy. In case of any discrepancies in received data, you will request clarification or escalate issues to your supervisor. Your role will also involve filing, record-keeping, and preparing, transmitting, sorting, and distributing faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data entry accurately and efficiently - Proofread material entered and generated data reports - File, keep records, and prepare/transmit/sort/distribute faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports - Maintain high standards of quality and service excellence - Process work in a timely manner to meet daily productivity objectives - Understand and work with multiple currencies for processing international orders - Provide Chat support in local language and other required languages - Support local Customer Service teams and other teams when needed - Aid for complex or uncommon requests and best practices - Demonstrate effective time management and planning/organizing skills - Display a sense of urgency while achieving quality and productivity goals - Exhibit professional verbal and written communication skills in the local language, including in a telephone environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree Please note that this is a summary of the primary accountabilities and requirements for this position.
