As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands. You will also format material as required and proofread entered material and generated data reports to ensure accuracy. In case of any discrepancies in the data received, you will request clarification or notify your supervisor to verify customer requests are processed correctly. Additionally, you will be responsible for filing, record-keeping, and preparing, transmitting, sorting, and distributing faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed. Maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence is crucial in this role. You will be expected to process work in a timely manner, meet daily productivity objectives, and display a sense of urgency while achieving quality and productivity goals. Understanding and accurately working with multiple currencies and other requirements related to processing international orders will be part of your responsibilities. Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills are essential for success in this role. You may also be required to provide chat support in the local language along with other required languages. As part of the team, you will support local Customer Service teams and provide assistance to other teams when needed. You will actively support the team by assisting with complex or uncommon requests and promoting best practices. Professional verbal and written communication skills in the local language (minimum) are necessary, including in a telephone environment. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
