Job Description

As a Process Associate at Genpact, your role involves responding to customer queries and concerns, making outbound calls to customers and employers, providing support for data collection, maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies, reproducing customer issues, identifying product bugs, and delivering excellent customer service. You are expected to demonstrate critical thinking and analysis skills, as well as a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
