As a Scrum Master at M&G Global Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading Client and Distribution engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions for the business. Your responsibilities include supporting the squad in delivering high-quality deliverables by coordinating across teams in the Client and Distribution Platform, providing clarity and support, and serving as the point of escalation for project-related activities. You will be expected to multi-task and work on multiple complex projects simultaneously. Your key priorities will involve enabling the design and implementation of solutions to support the development of a market-leading Client and Distribution platform to meet the increased demands across investment teams, clients, and regulators.
