Your Role in the Driver’s Seat

As a Service Advisor, you will:

1. Be the Customer's Champion

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, maintenance, and emergencies.
• Provide timely updates on service progress and address any concerns proactively.
• Ensure every interaction builds trust and satisfaction.

2. Drive Seamless Service Coordination

• Manage appointments for diagnostics, repairs, and regular maintenance.
• Oversee vehicle pick-up/drop-off logistics, ensuring minimal customer inconvenience.

3. Handle Technical and Warranty Matters

• Verify warranty coverage for reported issues and guide customers on their options.
• Communicate accurate cost and time estimates in collaboration with service centers.

4. Stay Organized with Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service progress, and resolutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices and updates on payment and delivery statuses.

5. Commit to Excellence

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
• Encourage positive online reviews, reinforcing A-Cars’ reputation.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience

  : Proven experience in customer service or automotive roles (preferred).

• Skills

  :
• Stellar communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with car maintenance and warranty processes is a bonus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and software systems.

• Education

  : High school diploma required; technical certifications preferred.
