Hi all, Dear candidates we are hiring for customer service advisor role. Roles & Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Eligibility Criteria: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer support role for min 6 months. Excellent communication skills [Verbal & Written] and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customers Only candidates from Non-Metro cities can apply. Willing to work in rotational 24*7 shifts with any one week off.
