As a Customer Sales Representative with our team, you will be responsible for attending and initiating dialler-based outbound calls to engage with prospects. Your primary objective will be to convince prospects, generate leads, and ultimately facilitate B2C/B2B sales in real-time. Working alongside a team of Call Center Customer Service Representatives, you will contribute to fostering a positive environment of teamwork, trust, and excellence. Your role will involve understanding and proficiently utilizing CRM software, specifically Salesforce, for effective customer relationship management. Active listening skills will be essential as you engage in cold calling and telecalling to identify customer needs, clarify information, and address any issues that may arise. Your dedication to providing solutions and alternatives will be crucial in building sustainable relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to handling customer inquiries and concerns, you will be expected to participate in ongoing training sessions aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge. Meeting personal targets and collaborating with your team to achieve collective goals will be key components of your daily responsibilities.
