Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
Collect field-level data and share insights as needed.
Understand customer needs, conduct effective sales calls, and achieve territory sales targets.
Support market development initiatives under the guidance of the companys account manager.
Ensure smooth and efficient distribution management.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc, or B.Pharma any specialization preferred).
23 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or surgical industry.
Self-motivated and target-driven
Excellent communication and selling skills
Strong relationship-building abilities
Basic internet knowledge
Comfortable working in an Operating Theatre environment
Familiarity with the healthcare business
Willingness to learn clinical aspects of products and their surgical applications
