Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representatives to promote and sell IFB home appliances at Reliance Digital, Croma retail outlets and other stores. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers to help them find the right home appliance solutions. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell IFB products such as: Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Dishwashers, Microwave Ovens, Clothes Dryers, and Refrigerators. Engage with walk-in customers, explain product features and benefits, and guide them to make purchase decisions. Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability at the counter. Update sales records, track customer feedback, and report daily sales to the team lead. Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and customers.
