Engage with doctors and operating theatre (OT) staff to promote and generate demand for the assigned product range.
Ensure thorough coverage of healthcare professionals in line with company guidelines and classifications.
Execute company sales strategies effectively within the assigned territory.
Gather and report relevant market insights to the Area Business Manager (ABM).
Adhere to the companys systems, policies, and core values.
A degree in science is preferred.
Candidates without a science background must have a minimum of 1.5 years of current experience in a healthcare company.
D. Pharma holders will be considered only if they have at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
At least 1 year of business development experience (preferred).
Experience must be within pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare sectors.
Minimum experience:
1 year for candidates with a science background.
1.5 years for non-science and D. Pharma candidates.
Prior experience in selling pharma products or medical devices is preferred (1 year).
Maximum age limit: 28 years.
