Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh, Sector 17 B. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 6 years of experience in sales or customer service. Roles and Responsibility
Perform tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
Identify potential business customers with the help of the Supervisor/Manager.
Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms.
Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
Fulfill the sanction ratio as required by the organization.
Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products with the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with their help.
Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with the help of the Manager/Supervisor.

Job
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Any Graduate degree is required.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Be familiar with auditing and RBI regulations.
Have knowledge of two-wheeler loans and financial services.
