Job Description

Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive (sales) (Voice & Non-Voice) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints related to home health care services. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, timely responses, and effective coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Voice Process:Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, patients, and caregivers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service information. Coordinate with care managers and field staff to arrange home care services (nurses, caretakers, physiotherapists, etc.). Handle service-related complaints, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction. Non-Voice Process:Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and WhatsApp. Update and maintain service requests and client details in CRM/CT App system. Share caretaker profiles, quotations, and follow-up messages with clients. Document communication records accurately for audit and reporting purposes. Support operational teams with data entry, reporting, and scheduling assistance. Requirements: Education: Any 10+12 & Graduate / Diploma (Preferably in Healthcare, Business, or related fields) Experience: 1–3 years (experience in healthcare / BPO / customer service preferred) Skills: Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, Email, Chat) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Empathetic and patient-centric approach Key Competencies:Customer focus and service orientation Professional tone and active listening Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work in team and rotational shifts Positive attitude and adaptability Work Timings: Rotational shifts start's from 8 AM to 11 PM (Day shifts as per operations requirement) Weekly Off: One day Preferred by the candidate Salary Range: Rs 25000+ Incentives Please share your resume via whatsapp message to 9035251485 or email: support@helpee.in Regards, Mahesh Kumar, HR & Operations, Helpee Health Tech Pvt Ltd.
