Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or online channels. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly. Generate new leads and convert them into sales. Maintain regular contact with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Business, or Commerce). 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing ability. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
