Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Contact potential customers (students, parents, or working professionals) from BedRs CRM database via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand customer preferences such as location, budget, and room type to recommend suitable PG/hostel options.
Explain the benefits of booking through BedR and address customer questions or objections.
Schedule and confirm
property visits
(virtual or in-person) through the BedR platform.
Update and manage customer information, lead status, and interactions on the CRM.
Follow up with leads who have not booked or completed a visit to drive conversions.
Coordinate with the operations and property teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Maintain conversion metrics and provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional handling.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer service (real estate, edtech, or proptech background preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Freshsales, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
