Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Supervisor to oversee and enhance the performance of our customer relationship team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, handling escalated customer issues, maintaining high service standards, and developing strategies to foster strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of customer relationship executives/representatives.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer service efforts with company goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and quality assurance.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is up to date with company products, services, and customer service best practices.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., retail, hospitality, tech, banking, etc.].
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback tools and survey systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
