Customer Relationship Specialist

You will be working as a Customer Success Associate at Asian Hires in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The main focus of this role will be in the Health, Motor & Life Insurance domain. You will be expected to work from the office at Kharadi, Pune, handling domestic accounts with a team of 120 individuals. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any field. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is a must with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI). Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills with no grammatical or pronunciation errors. Previous experience in the insurance sector and sales acumen would be preferred. Freshers can expect a salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 CTC, while experienced candidates can earn up to 29,000 CTC. The job will require you to work in rotational shifts with day shifts for females until 8 PM and rotational shifts for males, amounting to 6 working days per week. The interview process will consist of an HR round, a Versant 6 Certified language proficiency test, a written assessment, an operations round, and a client round. You will be responsible for contacting and advising potential leads on suitable insurance products in the Outbound LOB.
