Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients during the post-production and delivery phase.
• Manage

  delivery timelines

  for edited photos, videos, albums, and all print products.
• Coordinate

  album design approvals, revisions, and print orders

  .
• Track and maintain client updates in

  CRM tools / Google Sheets / Excel

  .
• Follow up with internal teams editors, designers, photographers, print vendors to ensure

  on-time delivery

  .
• Handle

  client queries, escalations, follow-ups, feedback collection

  .
• Maintain high standards of

  client service, communication, and relationship management

  .
• Prepare and update

  work trackers, reports, status sheets

  , and delivery schedules.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and production/post-production teams.
  

Required Skills

• 3-7 years experience in

  Client Relationship Management / Client Servicing / Coordination

  .
• Strong

  communication skills

  (English & Tamil preferred).
• Excellent

  follow-up and multitasking ability

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Sheets, MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Email communication

  .
• Strong

  time management, organisational skills

  , and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, deadline-driven

  environment.
