Proficient in MS Office (Word Role description Job Summary: The Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits as per the organization s ISO Management System(s) (e.g., QMS/EMS/IMS). The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, identifies process gaps, and supports continual improvement across departments. Key Responsibilities v Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits as per the approved audit plan. v Verify compliance with applicable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and internal procedures. v Prepare and maintain audit documentation audit plan, checklists, NCRs, and reports. v Coordinate with process owners for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). v Ensure that the Management System documentation (manuals, procedures, records) is up to date. v Provide training or guidance to departments on ISO requirements and internal audit findings. v Monitor closure of audit findings and report status to management.
