Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Location: South Bombay (Near Charni Road) Experience: 1–2 years Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Handle customer concerns across multiple channels (email, phone, social media) with clarity, empathy, and professionalism . Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams including operations, support, and marketing to resolve issues efficiently. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest actionable improvements to enhance the overall customer journey. Maintain and regularly update accurate customer records , interactions, and service reports using CRM tools. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management or support roles, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment . Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus. Ability to handle multiple conversations and resolve concerns with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first approach .
