Job Description

Job Overview:

We are a premium real estate development company based in Bhubaneswar, currently launching and managing multiple residential projects. We are looking for a committed and energetic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM – Field Sales) to manage prospects post-initial contact, drive site visits, handle follow-ups, and convert leads into bookings through a structured, relationship-driven sales approach.

  • Conduct physical site visits with prospective customers and explain project features, location advantages, and pricing
  • Perform regular follow-ups with leads after site visits to address queries, reinforce interest, and guide decision-making
  • Schedule and coordinate office visits for serious prospects as needed
  • Take ownership of lead nurturing from site visit to final booking and closure
  • Assist clients through the booking process, documentation, and coordination with internal teams (Legal, Accounts, etc.)
  • Maintain proper and timely CRM updates (Workveu or other tools) for each lead's movement and follow-up status
  • Communicate professionally with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person meetings using tools like AiSensy and Superfone
  • Maintain a polite, assertive, and client-first communication style to build long-term trust
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and qualify for performance-based incentives and bonuses
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and relay it to management

Requirements:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales (real estate experience is highly preferred)
  • Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Odia, Hindi, and English
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Workveu knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working with smartphone-based and web-based tools (AiSensy, Superfone, etc.)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client handling ability
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours based on client schedules
