Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive Location: E-5, South Extension-2 Market, New Delhi Experience: 2-4 Years Industry Preference: Jewellery Industry Education: Graduation (Mandatory) Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a strong preference for those from the jewellery industry. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through strategic communication and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery. Execute personalized communication strategies (calls, emails, SMS, etc.). Plan and implement customer loyalty programs and engagement activities. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Prepare reports on customer trends, behaviors, and service performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory). 2-4 years of relevant experience in a CRM or customer-facing role. Experience in the jewellery industry is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Customer-centric approach and high emotional intelligence. Preferred Skills:Familiarity with jewellery product lines, customer personas, and purchase behaviors. Knowledge of loyalty programs or customer retention strategies. Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
