Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer engagement. Prepare reports on customer interactions and service quality. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through processes.
