Job Summary

MapleCloud Technologies is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and strengthen client relationships across IT and technology-driven projects. The role focuses on client engagement, coordination between internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely delivery, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. The position requires frequent travel to client locations and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients across IT / telecom / technology projects
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical, project, and delivery teams
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and customer expectations
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and site visits
• Address client concerns, escalations, and service issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, contracts, and project timelines
• Support account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate client data, communication records, and reports
• Represent MapleCloud Technologies professionally at client locations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager / Account Manager in IT or technology services
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery and customer engagement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60%)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecom, networking, or infrastructure projects
• Exposure to SLA management, project coordination, and contract handling
• Ability to work with cross-functional and technical teams
