Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and nurture client relationships in the manufacturing industry. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client requirements, and coordinating with internal departments to provide seamless service and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for handling client queries, feedback, and concerns.
Understand customer needs and align them with company products and services.
Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software/database.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, order status, and relationship performance for management review.
Support the sales team in achieving business growth and retention targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and customer service practices.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
