Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering suitable recruitment solutions.
• Handle inside sales activities, generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Manage end-to-end client coordination including onboarding, proposal discussions, service follow-ups, and contract renewals.
• Drive client retention by maintaining regular engagement, understanding client satisfaction, and offering proactive solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, update client communications, and ensure timely reporting to the management.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/client servicing, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or B2B domain.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and retaining clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience and performance)

Reporting To: Business Head / Sales Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: ₹9,555.18 - ₹35,000.00 per month
