Position: CRM Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage both our CRM systems. This role is essential to ensure smooth coordination between departments and an exceptional experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Manager Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize CRM platforms.

Monitor and manage lead allocation, follow-ups, and team tracking.

Ensure timely updates and maintenance of student records and inquiry logs.

Generate and analyze CRM performance reports to improve engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to align campaign execution with CRM tracking. Conduct periodic training and process alignment sessions with team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or operational roles (preferably in education).

Strong command of CRM platforms and data management tools.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Team leadership experience and a process-oriented mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
