Roles & Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about NEET-PG courses. * Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team. * Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software. * Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking. * Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.
