Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, located in Chennai. The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relations, supporting sales initiatives, and overseeing projects. Daily tasks will include maintaining and updating the CRM system, generating reports, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai

• Willing to travel and Establish Relationship

• Handling the Account End to End

• Experience with CRM software and IT systems integration

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum 5 Years Experience Required
