Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships within a retail showroom environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling CRM software, maintaining client databases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Attend to walk-in customers, greet them warmly, and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.

* Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

* Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

* Maintain accurate customer data, interaction records, and follow-up schedules.

* Assist customers with product-related queries, returns, and service requests.

* Support the sales and retail teams by providing valuable customer feedback and insights.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.

* Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries with a polite and positive attitude.

* Gain a solid understanding of retail sector workflows and products to assist customers effectively.

Key Skills:

* Strong customer handling and query resolution abilities.

* Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English).

* Ability to analyze and understand customer needs.

* In-depth knowledge of retail industry dynamics and showroom operations.

* Customer-centric approach with a sincere, polite, and professional demeanor.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data management.

Qualification & Experience:

* Graduate/MBA in Marketing.

* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CRM or a related field, preferably in retail or showroom.
