Customer Relationship Management Manager

Job Title: CRM & PR Executives (India & International)

Open Roles:

1. Delhi / Raipur – Day Shift (Office-Based)

• Handle CRM for Indian clients.

• Manage PR outreach: send catalogs to stylists, bloggers, film stars, and influencers.

• Build relationships with embassies, corporate buyers, wedding gifting houses, and multi-designer stores (Aza, Pernia, etc.).

• Convert bulk and gifting queries into confirmed sales.

• Coordinate with Raipur and Delhi team for stock and dispatch when required.

• Be available on weekends/holidays to ensure CRM never stops.

2. Work From Home – Night Shift (International)

• Handle CRM for international clients across time zones.

• Manage PR outreach internationally: stylists, influencers, media.

• Respond to bulk and gifting queries from overseas and follow through till closure.

• Maintain updated databases and send regular follow-up reports.

• Must be consistent with late-night timings and available on weekends/holidays as needed.

Requirements (Both Roles)

• Prior experience in CRM or PR (luxury/fashion industry preferred).

• Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident communication.

• Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

• Gender is not restricted – open to both male and female candidates.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
