Customer Relationship Management Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional to manage customer interactions and relationships throughout the post-sales process. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, timely documentation, collections, and coordination between internal teams and clients. Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end customer relationship lifecycle post-sales including documentation, payment collection, and possession. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates, payments, and queries. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely handovers. Track and manage customer payments and send reminders for due payments; maintain follow-ups to ensure on-time collection. Assist in agreement generation (Sale Agreement, Construction Agreement, etc.) and coordinate registration with the legal team. Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and effective manner. Maintain and update CRM software and generate periodic reports on customer status. Plan and execute customer engagement activities , handover ceremonies, and other retention strategies. Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements . Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate/construction sector . Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Food and accommodation will be provided
