Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Executive Admin HR & Finance to manage daily factory operations, including manpower planning, contractor handling, attendance, MIS reporting, and coordination with the HO Finance team. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily attendance and time card closing for staff & contractors. Plan and manage daily manpower requirements in coordination with departments. Handle contractor coordination , time card compliance, and payroll inputs. Oversee office equipment (printers, computers, UPS, network). Manage staff food, water, milk supply, and stationery issuance . Ensure adherence to factory safety norms . Coordinate with HO Finance for GST, salary, and vendor payments. Prepare and share MIS reports regularly. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in a factory/admin/HR role . Proficient in MS Office and time tracking tools. Strong in coordination, follow-ups, and record-keeping. Working knowledge of safety compliance , IT assets , and basic finance processes.
