About the Role

As a CRM Executive, you will be the voice of our brand for retailers, wholesalers and premium buyers. Your goal is simple: strengthen trust, enhance communication, and create a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients.
• Maintain consistent communication via calls & WhatsApp Business.
• Re-engage inactive buyers with structured follow-ups.
• Share curated catalogues, new launches & exclusive updates.
• Add clients to broadcast groups & ensure timely responses.
• Manage CRM data, order status, feedback & client history.
• Support the sales team with insights and customer trends.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polite and premium customer handling.
• Ability to maintain follow-up discipline.
• Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & Excel.
• Prior fashion/retail industry experience preferred.
