Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Operations team.

Location

: Vijayawada

Responsibilities

1.Building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
2.Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 3.Addressing and resolving client concerns promptly and effectively. 4.Collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions to client issues. 5.Resolving complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. 6.Diligently preparing and verifying necessary LR documentation for smooth dispatch processes. 7.Collaborating closely with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and timely execution of orders. 8.Coordinating effectively between clients and logistics partners to guarantee on-time product delivery. 9.Maintaining accurate client records, including contact details, interactions, and transaction history. 10.Generating reports as assigned by the reporting manager. 11.Overseeing accounts payable processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Requirements

1.Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently. 4.Proficiency in relevant software and tools. 5.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues.
